1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of allmaxgroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Allmax International Corp. (“Allmax”). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site
The Site describes the Allmax group of companies. Each company in the group is a separate legal entity; references to “Allmax” or “the group” are for convenience and do not mean that any one company acts for another.

3. Intellectual property
The text, images, graphics, film, models and code on the Site belong to Allmax or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The name Allmax, the Allmax mark and the names of the group companies are trademarks of Allmax or its affiliates.
You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, scrape or build on any part of the Site, or use any Allmax mark, without our prior written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Site or the systems it runs on, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, not to introduce malicious code, and not to use the Site for anything unlawful.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take care over what we publish but do not warrant that the Site is accurate, complete or current, or that it will be available without interruption. We may change or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allmax and its affiliates exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
