Privacy Policy

Effective 6 September 2026.

1. Who we are

Allmax International Corp. (“Allmax”, “we”, “us”) operates allmaxgroup.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, why, and what choices you have. Questions about it can be sent through the Contact page.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: your name, company, email address and anything you write to us when you use the Contact page or email us.

Information collected automatically: the pages you open, the date and time, the site you came from, your browser and device type, and your IP address. This comes from ordinary server logs and, only if you consent, from analytics cookies.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information through the Site.

3. How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and correspond with you about it.

  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, including understanding which pages are read.

  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

4. Legal basis

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent (for analytics cookies), on our legitimate interest in running the Site and responding to the people who write to us, and on compliance with the law.

5. Cookies

The Site sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through your browser settings or the consent controls on the Site. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was collected before.

6. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host the Site, deliver email and provide analytics, under contracts that restrict them to working for us.

  • Companies in the Allmax group, where your enquiry concerns them.

  • Authorities, where the law requires it or a legal claim makes it necessary.

Some providers are located outside the country you are in. Where information leaves your country we rely on safeguards recognised by the applicable law.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, normally no more than 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Where the law requires a longer period, that period applies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to us through the Contact page; we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Links to other sites

The Site may link to sites we do not operate. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
