The group began at a moulding machine in 1966 and never entirely left it. Everything that grew around that machine is what the house actually sells — not a catalogue, but the certainty that what was specified is what arrives, and that someone measured it on the way. The floor is still the argument that settles every other one.

Plastic Injection

Where the house began, and the one place nothing can be talked around. A tenth of a millimetre either holds or it does not, and no amount of commercial skill has ever covered for a bad part.

Tooling & Mould

Held in-house, so an argument about tolerance is settled against a drawing rather than against a supplier. The tool is the asset. The part is only its evidence.

Quality & Inspection

Inspection to an agreed plan, re-audit on a schedule rather than on a complaint, corrective action closed in writing. A factory that will not be measured does not stay.

Supply Chain Management

Planning, forecasting and sourcing across four countries. A wide bench of factories is only useful if the right one is known before the order is placed.

Logistics & Inventory

Ocean freight, warehousing, and stock positioned ahead of demand rather than behind it. Distance was never the difficulty. Certainty over distance is.
